KuduParts is committed to delivering high-quality aftermarket parts to customers worldwide. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand delivery times, costs, and procedures.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Before an item is shipped, it must be processed and inspected at our warehouse.
• Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Tracking Updates: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Inventory & Stock Availability
We categorize our products to give you the most accurate delivery estimates:
• In-Stock Items: These items are physically present in our warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch. These orders are prioritized for the fastest shipping, normally within 24 hours.
• Out of Stock: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date.
• Split Shipments: If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may ship the available items first to avoid delays.

3. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:
• Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• How to Cancel: Please contact our support team immediately or send email to support@kuduparts.com or WhatsApp at +852 5978-0637 with your Order Number.
• After Processing: If more than 12 hours have passed, or if the order status has already changed to "Shipped," we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return through our Return Policy.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on order amount and the destination country.

5. International Shipping & Cost Calculation

To get the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address. Then you will see different delivery speed options and costs (e.g., Standard vs. Express). Faster delivery options will incur higher costs.

6. Remote & Hard-to-Reach Areas
We ship to most locations globally. However, certain remote areas (e.g., rural regions, islands, or locations with limited carrier access) may be subject to specific conditions:
• Extended Delivery Times: Shipments to remote areas may take longer than the standard estimates provided above.
• Additional Surcharges: Carriers may apply "Remote Area Surcharges" for delivery to these locations. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you to approve the additional cost before shipping.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• Import Duties: KuduParts prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Compliance: Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. KuduParts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or packages refused due to unpaid duties.

8. Shipping Accuracy & Lost Packages
• Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: KuduParts is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend choosing a shipping method with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
